Had a great first experience here yesterday! Walked in around 4:30 (super busy time) and they took me within 10 mins. They had to turn away a few people over the next hour so I'll probably make an appt in the future, but was so happy to be able to walk in this time. My technician did an awesome and very detailed job on my SNS manicure. As others have noted, she didn't use a drill and was very thorough and gentle with removal of my previous SNS. This does mean the process takes longer (about 90 mins total), but seems worth it. Total was $43 for SNS with removal, which isn't super cheap but again, is worth it when a well-done SNS can last up to a full month. I'll definitely be back!

*La La's* nails on 248th left something to be desired. Doesn't mean that I won't be back for their $28 mani-pedi special, since their friendliness and massage chairs were on point. However, I need y'all to be hella aware that they will skimp you on that nail polish. Like hardcore famine status, my tech barely saturated my nails on pass #1 so by pass #2 my nails looked raggedy AF.

I mean, no one likes to see someone barely picking up enough polish on the wand, then continue to scrape it off. What are you saving here? Every 5 pedis you save ebough polish for a toe? I had to ask for a 3rd pass on my big toes and then finished my own toes on my own afterwards. This spoiled an otherwise good service.

The mani went better since she realized that skimping on polish made my nails look like shit. Day 1 and everything's still holding. Will go back again since I'm hoping this was a one off.

Based on positive reviews I decided to give this place a try. My pedi was finished in less than 10 minutes even though I showed her some of the areas I did not like, she simply ignored it. Also, they are very pushy about other services- asking if u want massage, special mani-pedi which makes you feel uncomfortable. I really wanted to support this little place but not coming no matter it is cheaper than other places or not.

Decent job but never ever opens on time. Never. Not once. If you try to get an early am appointment be prepared to wait outside with nail technicians for the manager to stumble in late to open the gate.

Either open later or try to make it on time.

I love this hidden gem, as I live on the same street and am here every week... it seems.

As everyone else has said, it's Lala Nail salon. I typically get mani, pedi, 10 massage and eyebrow wax... The prices are the best around and to be honest, the service and experience will vary depending on who you get.

There are 3 main girls that work here and they are wonderful, but on a rare occasion I've gotten a random person that must be just here on occasion and to be fair, my manicure definitely wasn't the best, nor pedicure, which was disappointing.

I love this place and will continue to be a loyal customer
